Vegetarian Spaghetti Recipe

Each of us should learn to love ourselves. The first thing to do to love ourselves is to eat well. Only when the diet is healthy can the health of the body be guaranteed. The method of making vegetarian spaghetti is very simple. If you really want to cook for yourself but are not confident in your cooking skills, you might as well try this dish.

1. Make hollow noodles with a noodle machine

2. Let the prepared hollow noodles cool down.

3. Wait for a while to cool and dry, then break into small pieces of appropriate size.

4. Prepare ingredients: potatoes, onions, tomatoes, ham

5. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes of uniform size and set aside. Wash the potato cubes with cold water to remove excess starch.

6. Chop the onion and garlic and set aside

7. Preheat the Queen Pot

Put a little oil in the preheated pot, sauté the chopped onion and garlic, then pour in the other prepared ingredients: diced tomatoes, diced onions, diced ham, diced potatoes, add them in turn and stir-fry evenly, then add appropriate amount of soy sauce, tomato sauce, and black pepper and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of filtered pure water, cover the pot and simmer. Because I use the Amway Queen Pot, it is faster than an ordinary pot and tastes better because the Queen Pot can retain the original moisture of the ingredients!

9. Cook the prepared hollow noodles after the water boils

10. Prepare homemade vegetarian sauce

11. Place the cooked and rinsed hollow noodles on a plate, sprinkle with vegetarian sauce, and garnish with a few black sesame seeds, and you can enjoy it...
