How to make tofu and black sesame dumplings

13. Use your thumb and index finger to close the dough and press it firmly.

14. Use your fingers to pinch off the tip of the glutinous rice balls like garlic, and then roll them into a ball with your hands.

15. Rolled tofu and black sesame dumplings. If you can’t finish it in one go, freeze it in the refrigerator and take it out and cook a few more when you want to eat it.
