How to make Chinese cabbage and pork dumplings

15. Pour cornstarch water mixed in a ratio of 1:10 (1 tablespoon of cornstarch plus 10 tablespoons of water) along the edge of the pot until it covers half of the dumplings. (Or flour and water will also work)

16. Cover with lid and cook over medium-low heat until the cornstarch water is almost dry. Open the lid, sprinkle with sesame seeds, turn to medium-high heat and fry until the water is completely dry and the bottom is crispy. (I was afraid of the heat from the children, so I didn't dare to fry it too fragrant. If you are not afraid of the heat, it will be more delicious if it is fried crispy)
