How to make quick pumpkin (potato) shredded pancakes

1. Wash the pumpkin or potato and shred it with a shredder. If you are good at cutting, you can cut it yourself.

2. Add appropriate amount of flour and water, the ratio of flour to water is 1:2.5, add appropriate amount of salt, MSG and ginger powder according to personal taste, stir evenly with chopsticks or egg beater, as shown below

4. Here is a simple technique for cutting green onions. Use a knife to cut the green onions into the shape shown in the picture below. Remember not to cut it completely. Cut as much as you need, and keep the second half intact. This way, the green onion shreds will not run around, and you don’t have to cut them and then chop them like before. It’s convenient, fast and beautiful.

5. Brush a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the pot, heat the pot and add cold oil. After heating, use a spoon to put the mixed paste into the pot and use the bottom of the spoon to spread the paste to both sides. Try to spread it as thin as possible until both sides are browned and then you can serve it. It is good with soy milk or porridge.
