[Sautéed Chicken with Rice]

Material:

1 chicken breast, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 1 green pepper, peanuts, sweet bean paste, scallion, garlic, egg (only egg white)

practice:

1. Peel the cucumber and carrot and dice them into small pieces (any size you like), remove the stems of the green pepper and cut them into small pieces, mince the garlic and green onion, and set aside;

2. Dice the chicken breast, add egg white, 1 spoon of cooking wine, a little salt, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes;

3. Pour some oil into the pan, heat it up, add diced carrots, minced garlic and chopped green onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add cucumber and green pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute;

4. Add the marinated diced chicken and stir-fry continuously to prevent sticking, until the diced chicken changes color and each piece is distinct;

5. Use a spatula to push the diced chicken and other ingredients aside, pour 1 spoon of sweet noodle sauce and 1 spoon of bean paste into the center of the pot, heat it slightly, stir-fry evenly with the ingredients, then pour in the peanuts, stir-fry for about 1 minute, and serve over the hot rice.

[Home-cooked Braised Pork Rice]

Material:

Pork belly, onion, egg, rapeseed heart, minced ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, cooking wine, rock sugar, five-spice powder, pepper, salt

practice:

1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into small dices.

2. Wash and chop onions or shallots, and chop green onions and ginger.

3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the wok and sauté the chopped onion first.

4. Continue to fry until golden brown.

5. Now pour in the diced pork belly and stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry until the meat turns white, then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, cooking wine, five-spice powder, rock sugar, and pepper powder, and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add appropriate amount of warm water, not too much, just enough to cover the pork belly by 1-2cm.

8. Take another pot of boiled eggs, remove the skins and set aside.

9. Boil water and blanch the rapeseed hearts, then remove and set aside.

10. After simmering the meat in a large pot over low heat for 50 minutes, don't forget to add boiled eggs and braised eggs to make it taste good. Keep the heat low and don't let the soup dry up too much. It will taste good if it has juice. Finally, serve on a plate, cover with rice and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

[Curry Chicken Wings Rice Bowl]

Material:

3 chicken wings, 1 potato, 2 carrots, curry powder, garlic, milk, cooking wine, black pepper, soy sauce,

practice:

1. After the raw materials are prepared and cleaned, blanch the chicken wings in water, pick them up, add cooking wine, black pepper, and light soy sauce and marinate for a while;

2. Dice potatoes and carrots, and mince garlic (you can add any vegetables you want, in fact, adding some onions or apples will also taste good).

3. Pour oil into the pan, sauté the minced garlic, then pour in the marinated chicken wings and stir-fry;

4. After the chicken wings change color, add the potatoes and carrots and stir-fry together. Be gentle as the potatoes are easy to break;

5. Pour a small bowl of milk into the pot, add curry powder, a little salt, and boil over high heat;

6. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about 5 minutes. Add black pepper and reduce the sauce. You can keep as much sauce as you like and cover the rice with it.

[Black pepper pork chop rice]

Material:

Pork tenderloin, eggs, flour, rice, broccoli, garlic, sesame oil, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, crushed black pepper, sugar, water starch

practice:

1.After the rice is steamed, beat an egg.

2. This pork chop does not require breadcrumbs or frying. Just prepare some flour and add an egg.

3. Take a small piece of pork tenderloin and use a meat hammer or the back of a knife to beat it into large thin slices, then add the marinade seasoning and marinate for a while. This way the pork chops are both tender and flavorful.

4. Coat the marinated pork chops with a layer of flour and shake off the excess flour.

5. Soak in the egg liquid for 15-20 minutes to allow the flour on the surface of the pork chops to fully absorb the egg liquid.

6. Prepare a broccoli, break it into small florets, wash it, blanch it in boiling water, put it in a large container, add salt, minced garlic and sesame oil, mix well and you can eat it.

7. Put the marinated pork chops into a frying pan and fry them until cooked. Use the same amount of oil as for cooking and fry over medium-low heat.

8. Serve with rice, cut the pork chops into strips and place on the rice.

9. Finally, make some black pepper sauce for two people: two spoons of oyster sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of water, an appropriate amount of crushed black pepper, a little bit of sugar. After boiling, add a little bit of thin starch, pour it on the pork chops and rice, and you can start eating.
