How to make dry wontons

1. Wash the vegetables

7. Add some salad oil to the vegetable filling and mix well

13. Add a little soy sauce

20. Boil a pot of water

21. Cook wontons

22. After the wontons are put into the pot, use chopsticks to remove them to prevent them from sticking to each other.

23. Cover the pot and bring to a boil

24. A small bowl of cold water

25. Boil again until the doneness you like.

26. Take out the wontons without the soup

27. Add chopped green onion

28. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, and vinegar (depending on your preference)
