How to make seafood meat sauce noodles

5.2 Heat the oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and half of the minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the marinated shrimp and squid and stir-fry until the shrimp changes color completely.

6. When the minced meat is almost cooked, pour in the fried shrimp and squid and stir-fry for a while, then add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and finally thicken with starch.

7. Boil some water in a pot, put in the noodles and cook until done (this type of noodles needs to be cooked for a while longer)

8. Pour the seafood meat sauce on the noodles and top with the blanched vegetables. The beautiful and delicious seafood meat sauce noodles are ready. Remember to stir it when eating
