1. Marinate the chicken with seasoning for more than 2 hours

2. Heat the multi-purpose cooking pot, add a little oil, and sauté the ginger slices.

4. Add the chicken juice and spices into the pot, then add a little water and soy sauce

5. Cook the chicken over medium heat until 90% done and the sauce is 90% dry, about 30 minutes

6. Take out the cooked chicken and let it cool down, and drain the juice

7. Clean the cooking pot, heat it up, add coarse sugar and tea leaves

8. Place the drained chicken in the steamer and place in the pot.

9. Cover and heat over high heat to let the tea smoke the chicken for 5-8 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for a while.

10. Cut into pieces and place on a plate, pour the filtered sauce over it and serve.
