How to make Chinese cabbage, mushroom and meat dumplings

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The dumplings with Chinese cabbage, mushrooms and fresh meat introduced below are very suitable.

1.12 Wash the fresh mushrooms, squeeze out the water, and cut into small pieces

3. Wash and chop the Chinese cabbage, add corn oil and mix well to prevent the filling from leaking water.

4. Add diced mushrooms, minced meat, chopped green onions, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well. The filling is ready.

5. Take a piece of dumpling wrapper, put in appropriate amount of fillings, and wrap into crescent-shaped dumplings until all the fillings are used up. I always buy more ingredients at a time, package them and freeze them in the refrigerator, and then pack them into fresh-keeping bags. It is very convenient to use them as breakfast options for a week or two.

6. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add a little salt and stir to prevent the cooked dumplings from sticking together. Add the wrapped dumplings, bring to a boil over high heat, add cold water twice and boil until the dumplings float on the water, then cook for another minute or two to allow the filling to be fully cooked.

7. Put it into a bowl, dip it in the seasoning made with vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce, and start eating.
