How to make red meat dumplings

There is a wide variety of delicious food in modern snack bars. There is one kind of food that is particularly popular among office workers, and that is red meat dumplings. If time permits, you can also make your own red meat dumplings with fresh chicken, rice, and add mushrooms, beef, pork and other ingredients according to your personal taste. It is more suitable for friends who need to lose weight.

1. First add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour, knead it into dumpling dough and set it aside. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

2. Now start chopping the meat, cut the meat into small pieces first.

3. Then chop it into the meat together with the ginger and chop it into minced meat

4. Put the minced meat into a large bowl, add pepper powder, salt, MSG, sesame oil, beat an egg, stir clockwise, and finally add a little chopped green onion and mix well.

5. Knead the dough again until it is smooth, as shown in the picture.

6. Then roll it into long strips, as shown in the picture below.

7. Cut the dough into small pieces of even size, and then press the cut parts upwards and flatten them.

8. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dumpling wrappers, which are thick in the middle and thin at the edges.

9. Wrap the meat filling you just mixed. I usually put more filling.

10. First connect the edges, then align your two thumbs and press down to form the shape shown in the picture. Wrap all the fillings at once. You can now cook dumplings!

11. This type of dumplings is specially designed for babies. Arrange them on a plate and let your baby see them.

Eating out may not guarantee the hygiene of the food, so you can only feel at ease if you cook it yourself. Red meat dumplings are easy to make and are guaranteed to be healthy.
