1.Weigh all ingredients. Wash the raisins with warm water and drain them for later use. Mix all the flours together, add milk and salad oil, knead into dough, cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

2. Roll the dough into strips and pinch it into 30g pieces. Take a piece of dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it, and wrap 10 grams of filling (raisins) in it. Roll the edge into a round shape.

3. Dip in crushed almonds (or melon seeds) and roll into small round cakes. When all is done, place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
