How to make chicken feet and quail eggs

I always envy other people’s tables full of delicious food. So, here I will show you how to cook chicken feet and quail eggs.

1. Prepare the ingredients: 8 chicken feet, about 10 quail eggs, onion, ginger, garlic, chicken feet, first boil cold water in a pot, pour in cooking wine, then boil again, pour out and drain the water

2. Heat the wok with cold oil and sauté the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant (use low heat to avoid burning the green onion)

3. Add the chicken feet and quail eggs and fry until the skin of the chicken feet is slightly yellow.

4. Pour in cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, a little sugar, five-spice powder and salt, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes

5. Add half a spoon of minced garlic and aged vinegar and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

6. Put it in a pot
