Preparation method

1. Cut the beef into 4 cm long, matchstick-sized strips;

2. Remove the roots of the green onions, wash them, and cut the white part of the green onions into strips of the same length and size;

3. Wash and shred the ginger;

4. Mix egg white and dry starch;

5. Starch the shredded beef;

6. Mix white soy sauce, refined salt, sugar, MSG, pepper, 30 ml of broth and wet starch into marinade for later use;

7. Place the pan on high heat, heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the starched beef shreds, use chopsticks to gently stir and remove from the pan after the beef shreds change color;

8. Leave some oil in the pan, return to high heat, pour in shredded ginger and stir-fry, then add shredded green onion. When it is 70% cooked, pour in the prepared marinade and then add the fried shredded beef, stir-fry for a few times.
