10. Unroll the rolled dough again.

11. Turn over and roll up again from top to bottom.

12. Put the dough into the toast box with the seam facing down for secondary fermentation. When the dough is 80% full, preheat the oven to 160 degrees, adjust it to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes, then adjust it to 200 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
