4. Cut the dough into strips about 15 cm long and 1 cm wide. Hold one end of the strip with your hand and twist the other end into a curl

5. Place them evenly on the baking tray, press down both ends with your hands, and let them ferment for 15 minutes. Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes
