It may be okay to eat casually when you are single, but if you have a family, especially if you have children, you must not neglect their diet. No matter how busy you are, you should make sure your children get enough nutrition. In fact, vegetable buns are very easy to make, and what is valuable is that they are also very nutritious.

1. Prepare the ingredients, and then cut all the ingredients into pieces for later use.

2. Then pour all the ingredients onto a large plate.

3. Add salt, oil, sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour

4. Prepare flour, glutinous rice flour, and granulated sugar. Soak glutinous rice flour in lukewarm water and stir evenly. Melt granulated sugar in warm water and set aside.

12. Start making the dumplings, pinching from one side until the end.

13. Once a bun is ready, put it aside or put it on the steamer to let it rest for 10 minutes.

14. Apply some oil to the steamer, then put the buns on it, making sure that each bun is two fingers wide apart, and start steaming. After the water boils, steam on high heat for 15 minutes. (Pay attention to whether there is enough water in the pot, or it will dry up before you know it.)
