4. Turn to high heat, add minced garlic and ginger to the original pot, stir-fry until fragrant, add shredded carrots, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, add half a cup of water and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until the shredded carrots are soft.

5. Add green and red pepper shreds and stir fry briefly

6. Return the shredded beef to the pan and stir-fry for a few more times before serving.
