How to make rose heart-shaped cookies

1. Crush the dried roses and remove the calyx

2. Add one teaspoon of ice water and soak for 10 minutes

3. Soften the unsalted butter at room temperature, add sifted powdered sugar and stir twice

4. Beat with a whisk until the color turns white and the volume becomes larger.

5. Sift in low flour and mix evenly

6. Add the soaked roses

7. Knead the dough together with the water used to soak the flowers.

8. Roll out the dough to 0.5cm thick and cut into pieces using a heart-shaped mold.

9. Line the baking tray with baking paper, place the cut heart-shaped cookies on it, preheat the oven to 160 degrees, place the cookies on the second layer of the oven, bake for 20 minutes, then change to 150 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes
