10. Add cooking wine to remove the earthy smell and add half a spoonful of sugar to enhance the flavor.

11. Add hot water, do not use cold water.

12. Set up another stove and heat up the clay pot. (Don’t dry burn for too long)

13. Pour the soup and vegetables into the hot clay pot, add the concentrated soup maker, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the flavors are absorbed.

14. Add peas before turning off the heat and taste the saltiness. I think the soup base is salty enough and basically no need to add salt.

15. You can add some black pepper when serving, or add a few drops of sesame oil according to your personal taste.
