1. Soften the unsalted butter at room temperature, stir with a whisk until it becomes creamy, add powdered sugar and mix evenly, then add salt and mix.

2. Add the whole egg liquid in batches (the egg liquid needs to return to room temperature and be broken up before measuring) and mix evenly.

3. Sift in the powder and mix evenly using a rubber pipe. (I missed taking this step, so I took the previous photo instead.)

4. After kneading into a ball, wrap the dough with plastic wrap, press the dough to a uniform thickness with the palm of your hand, and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.

5. Place the refrigerated dough on a floured table and gently knead it into a soft texture that can be shaped. Use a rolling pin (you can also coat the rolling pin with a little flour before use) to roll the dough into a rectangle. (If the dough is too soft, put it in the refrigerator until it is slightly hard) Press it into shape with a mold

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 10-15 minutes

7. The large mold is a chrysanthemum mold with a diameter of 5 cm, and the small one is the smallest size chrysanthemum mold. Use a 5cm mold to carve out the shape, and use the round head of the small mold to press down in the middle. Use the back of a fork to gently press the edge of the dough into the shape of petals. Use a fork to poke holes in the garden to make the shape of a flower center. (This process is done by three people in an assembly line~~)

8. After baking (cookies are colored), take them out and place them on a cooling rack to cool completely, then seal them in a jar for storage
