How to make no-bake cheesecake

The busy life makes many people be careless in their diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually. Little do they know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, the method of no-bake cheesecake is simple and delicious. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Prepare 3 egg yolks, homemade finger biscuits, whipped cream, cream cheese, softened gelatin sheets, coffee honey, rum and cocoa powder

2. Add sugar and water to egg yolks and beat until thick. Boil the water slightly and leave to cool.

3. Then add softened gelatin sheets

4. Stir the gelatin in 40 degree water until it melts and remove from heat

5. Add 10% sugar to the whipped cream and beat at low speed until clear lines appear.

6. Beat the cream cheese in warm water until smooth and free of particles

7. Pour the cooled egg yolk liquid into the whipped cream and mix evenly.

8. Then pour in the cream cheese paste and mix well. Sift once to make it finer.

9. Pour the coffee honey into a bowl and add a little rum

10. Dip the finger biscuits into the coffee honey wine and then flatten the bottom of the mold.

11. Pour another layer of mousse paste and repeat steps 10-11. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 6 hours. Use a warm towel to easily demould the dough.

12. Remove from the mold and cut into pieces. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder and you are done.

13. Decoration and placement are very beautiful
