How to make your own safe fried dough sticks

Food shows are very popular nowadays, and I believe you must be envious of them in front of the TV. Well, here I will introduce to you a homemade safe fried dough sticks. You must try to make it yourself according to the steps below.

1. Put all the ingredients into the bread bucket, start the dough rising process, and knead into dough for 10 minutes.

2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to ferment. Put the fermented dough in the refrigerator and take it out the next morning.

3. Brush the panel with oil, apply a thin layer of oil on the palm of your hand, take a piece of dough, and roll it into a rectangle (I didn't roll it in a standard way, so the fried dough sticks were of different sizes.)

4. Cut into strips about 3cm wide.

5. Stack two strips together and press them in the middle with oiled chopsticks.

6. Pour cooking oil into the pot, heat the oil over medium-low heat until it is 70% hot, put in the fried dough sticks, and stretch them with your hands as you put them in.

7. Fry continuously until golden brown, remove from the pan and drain the oil.

8. Paired with milk and boiled eggs, a healthy and nutritious breakfast~~
