1. Add water to flour and knead into a dough slightly softer than steamed buns, let it rise for 2 hours.

2. Pick and wash the chives, drain the water, and then chop them into fine pieces.

3. Beat 4 eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and water, add oil to the pan, wait until the oil is 70% hot, add the egg liquid and fry into egg flowers.

4. After the egg flower has cooled down slightly, add chopped chives, salt, chicken powder, sesame oil, thirteen spices and two raw eggs, mix well.

5. Take out a piece of dough, roll it into a long strip, then cut it into small pieces and roll it into a round piece slightly larger than the palm of your hand.

6. Put the prepared filling on a dough sheet, cover the filling with another dough sheet, and pinch it into flower buds with your hands.

7. Add vegetable oil to the pan. When the oil is 60% hot, add the box. Fry one side until golden brown, turn over and fry the other side. When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and eat.
