Homemade fried sweet corn kernels

Sweet corn, also known as "fruit corn", is a kind of corn that can be eaten raw. It has the characteristics of thin skin, rich juice and sweet taste. Among the various ways to cook sweet corn, stir-frying sweet corn kernels is the most popular one. So, what are the common methods of stir-frying sweet corn kernels?

Method 1

Ingredients: Corn kernels, cucumber, carrot

1. Cut carrots and cucumbers into Js and chop green onions. You can buy large rice grains or whole rice sticks and peel them yourself. After preparing the rice grains, soak them in cold water for a while, then put them in boiling water and filter them. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add the huhua when the oil is hot, then pour in the corn kernels and stir-fry.

2. Stir-fry the corn for two minutes, then add the cucumber, then add some salt and stir-fry for another two minutes (do not add too much salt, as it will affect the sweetness of the rice). Then add carrots and stir-fry for one minute. Add a little chicken essence before serving.

3. Sweet caramel grains can be eaten as a home-cooked dish. You can also put it on bread slices, add some salad dressing, and sandwich two slices of bread together to make a sweet corn sandwich.

Method 2

Ingredients: cooking oil, 80g carrot, half cucumber, 130g sweet corn kernels, salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, MSG, starch, 13 spices

1. Prepare the ingredients and wash them.

2. Dice the carrots and cucumbers and place them on a plate for later use.

3. Put oil in the pan, heat it up, add diced carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute.

4. Add corn kernels and cucumber cubes and stir well.

5. Add appropriate amount of salt, thirteen spices, light soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry.

6. Add appropriate amount of water starch, MSG and sesame oil and stir well.

7. Serve the dish on a plate.
