1.1 Chop the green onion and set aside. Heat a little oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the green onion and stir-fry.

2.2 Wash and dice the squid, dice the spicy cabbage, and wash and cut the coriander into sections

3. First add the squid and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the spicy cabbage and stir-fry evenly

4. Add the remaining rice, break it up with a spatula, stir-fry thoroughly and evenly, add a little salt to season (if the kimchi is salty enough, no need to add salt), and stir-fry the rice in the pan for a while longer so that the rice is fragrant enough. After the rice is fried, turn off the heat first, then add the coriander and stir-fry.

5. Finally, sprinkle a little white pepper
