1. After the butter softens at room temperature, add salt and beat

2. Add sugar and vanilla extract and beat until the butter turns white.

3. Pour the egg yolks in twice, continue beating, add milk and beat until smooth

4. Sift the low-strength flour, almond powder and baking powder into the butter, stir with a spatula, do not stir in circles

5. Put most of the mixed paste into the piping bag, add a little cocoa powder to the remaining small part, continue to stir and put it into another piping bag

6. After DIYing the shapes you want on the baking tray, put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes (purpose: the cookies are not easy to deform when baking). No need to use wax paper. The cookies themselves are oily and will not stick to the mold. I was clumsy and accidentally put it on the mold, and I had to wash it.

7. Determine the temperature according to your own oven. My oven has a bad temper. Put it in the middle layer, 150 degrees for 8 minutes, then turn off the upper fire to 120 degrees and turn off the lower fire for 7 minutes.
