How to make bear cookies

Some people may have thought about cooking at home, but because of their poor cooking skills, they have to eat out. 1. Soften the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat with a whisk until white.

2. Add the beaten egg liquid in 2 to 3 times, mix well each time.

3. Sift in low-gluten flour and milk powder, mix well with a spatula and knead into dough. The dough at this time is original dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 45 minutes until the texture is hard.

4. Take 130 grams of original dough, add cocoa powder and mix well to make cocoa dough, then divide it into one 100-gram dough and two 15-gram dough and put them in the refrigerator for later use.

5. Roll 20 grams of the original dough into a length of 15 cm, wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to make the dough harder.

6. Cover 100 grams of cocoa dough with plastic wrap and roll it into a 15 cm x 14 cm dough.

7. Take out the original long dough from the refrigerator, place it in the center of the cocoa dough, roll it up and set it aside.

8. Roll two 15g portions of cocoa dough into two 15cm long doughs, put them on both sides of the rolled dough, wrap them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to make the dough harder.

9. Then roll the remaining original dough into a 15 cm x 14 cm dough sheet. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and place it in the center of the original dough sheet.

10. Use a scraper to cut off the excess dough or one edge of the dough and fill it in the gap in the middle of the cocoa dough.

11. Roll up the dough, wrap it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to let the dough harden.

12. Take out the hard dough and cut it into slices about 0.5 cm thick. I cut mine a little thicker, 0.5 cm is more appropriate (I forgot to take a photo when I cut it and had already drawn the eyes, nose and mouth)

13. Mix egg yolk liquid with bamboo charcoal powder to make it black, use a fine brush to draw the eyes, nose and mouth of the bear, and arrange them on the baking tray (if the baking tray is sticky, please put wax paper on it)

14. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only, please refer to the actual situation of your own oven)

15. If you don’t want to make a bear shape, you can put the original dough in the refrigerator in step 3 until it is hard. Take it out and use a rolling pin to roll it to a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.5 cm. Then use a cookie cutter to make your favorite shape.
