1. Choose fresh wings or wing roots. If the surface of the wings or wing roots is intact, you can use a needle to poke a few holes on the back to facilitate the marinade to enter.

2. Prepare the New Orleans marinade. For every 1000g of wings or wing roots, add 70g of New Orleans roast chicken marinade and 70g of ice water.

3. Prepare a pounding bag or a strong sealable bag and add the marinade to the water in proportion.

4. Dissolve the marinade in water until there is no white sediment in the water, otherwise the marinade will be wasted.

5. Mix the ice water and marinade and pour into the chicken wings and mix well (the recommended method is to use a sturdy bag, seal it, and roll it on the table until the juice is absorbed by the meat).

6. Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator and marinate for 12 to 24 hours (to make the chicken wings taste good). It is best to turn it over every two hours.

7. Tips: Choose ice water to effectively control the growth of microorganisms. 35 grams is equivalent to about 5 Coke bottle caps.
