Production steps:

Clean the crab with a brush, remove the crab shell and gills, and then chop it into pieces with a knife, leaving the crab shell uncut.

Put starch in a bowl, put the chopped crabs into the bowl and coat them with starch. Shake off excess starch and set aside. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 70% hot, then quickly put the crabs in and fry until they are set. Remove the fried crabs from the oil. What can't be eaten with crabs?

1. Do not eat persimmons after eating crabs:

Eating them together will damage the spleen and stomach, and people with weak constitutions should especially avoid them. Persimmons contain tannic acid, and crabs are rich in protein. 2. Do not drink tea after eating crabs:

Cold drinks such as ice water and ice cream are cold foods that lower the temperature of the stomach and intestines. Eating them with crabs will cause diarrhea. Therefore, it cannot be eaten with crabs, and you cannot drink cold drinks immediately after eating crabs.

According to Compendium of Materia Medica, "Loach is sweet, mild and non-toxic, can warm the qi, cure cough and diuresis, and relieve erectile dysfunction." It can be seen that it is warm and tonic in nature. However, crabs are cold and sharp in nature, and their functions are the opposite of this, so the two should not be eaten together.

6. Do not eat mutton after eating crabs:

Mutton is sweet and hot in nature, while crabs are cold in nature. Eating the two together not only greatly reduces the warming and tonic effect of mutton, but also hinders the spleen and stomach. For patients with yang deficiency or spleen deficiency, it can easily cause spleen and stomach dysfunction, which in turn affects the body's vitality.

7. Do not eat pears after eating crabs:

Pears are sweet and cold in nature, and crabs are also cold in nature. Eating them together can easily damage the stomach and intestines.

8. Do not eat cantaloupe after eating crabs:
