6. Take a deep bowl, put the stuffed snails in it, pour in the broth, and put a layer of sour bamboo shoots on top.

7. Add a layer of pickled peppers on top and pour a tablespoon of light soy sauce into the broth.

8. Bring the steamer to a boil and steam the stuffed snails for 20 minutes.
