Wash the rapeseed and blanch it in boiling water with salt and a little oil. 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wide slices, and cook the eggs into poached eggs. 4. Add water and oil to the noodles and cook them until they are 90% cooked, then remove them and put them in a large bowl. 5. Remove from the pan, add a little oil, ginger and chopped green onions, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, broth and appropriate amount of water, add sea cucumber, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, and season with salt and sesame oil. 6. Put the poached eggs, green vegetables, and tomato slices on the cooked noodles, pour the sea cucumber and soup, sprinkle with chopped green onions and coriander.

9. Add sea cucumber, cooking wine and pepper, stir fry evenly and serve.
