It's best to put the tofu cubes in the liquor and use a small spoon to evenly pour the liquor on the outside of the tofu) 4.2 Mix salt, chili powder, Sichuan pepper powder and pepper powder in appropriate proportions and set aside. (Chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns can be fried in a clean, oil-free iron pan until crispy, then crushed in a food processor; pepper powder can be bought from the supermarket); 5. Then put the tofu into the mixture of salt, chili powder, Sichuan pepper powder and pepper powder. Use a small spoon to scoop the powder onto the tofu so that all sides are evenly coated with the seasoning. 6. Arrange them neatly in the altar. Seal the jar and it can be eaten the next day. The longer the time, the stronger the fragrance. There is no problem keeping it for one year. 7. Put the fermented bean curd into the jar.
