How to make Xinjiang Dingding fried noodles

1. First, add salt to warm water and knead the dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a piece about one finger thick. Apply oil and cut it into long strips. Wrap it with plastic wrap and let it rest for another 20 minutes (as shown in the picture).
