How to make steamed chicken legs with soy sauce

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays, people eat for health, so here I would like to introduce to you a healthy and delicious steamed chicken leg with sauce.

1. Wash the chicken legs and poke holes with bamboo sticks to make it easier to season.

2. Mix a small packet of sweet noodle sauce (about one and a half spoons), one spoon of very fresh soy sauce, half a spoon of vinegar and two spoons of cooking wine to make the sauce.

3. Put the chicken legs and sauce into a plastic bag and mix thoroughly for "massage". Refrigerate for 12-24 hours to allow the flavor to absorb.

4. Add a little water to the electric pressure cooker, place the chicken legs in the water, and put a deeper plate underneath to collect the oil steamed from the chicken legs. Pour the remaining sauce in the plastic bag onto the chicken legs, and the excess sauce will flow into the plate below. Steam for 20 minutes after the steam comes up.

5. After steaming, serve.

6. Pour the remaining oil and soup in the pan into a wok and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens. Pour it over the chicken legs and sprinkle with chopped green onions and chili rings for garnish.
