Put the beef into the pot with cold water, cover and cook over high heat. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam and turn off the heat. The beef strips are relatively small and are almost cooked once the pot boils, so don’t cook them for too long. Remove the beef strips. Use hot water to clean the foam off the beef strips again.

Add peanut oil to the pot, then put in the peppercorns and slowly stir-fry over the lowest heat until you can smell the aroma of the peppercorns, then remove the peppercorns. Turn the heat to minimum, pour in the chili powder and fry until it turns red. If the fire is too high, the chili powder will quickly become mushy and taste bitter. When the chili turns red, or the oil turns red, you can pour in the vegetarian sauce. Fry over low heat until the aroma of sauce comes out.

Add beef strips. Stir fry the beef strips and spicy sauce over low heat. Pour in the cooked white sesame seeds. You can add more white sesame seeds. Stir-fry until every beef strip is coated with cooked white sesame seeds and turn off the heat. Use the lowest heat throughout the process.

Than pork, beef is rich in protein, amino acid composition is closer to the human body needs, can improve the body's disease-resistant ability and is especially suitable for people who are growing and developing and recuperating after surgery and illness in terms of supplementing blood loss and repairing tissues. Eating beef in the cold winter can warm the stomach and is a good tonic for this season.
