How to cook spicy Arctic shrimp with black bean sauce

1. Defrost the Arctic shrimp at room temperature and clean them. Soak the fermented black beans in hot water. Wash the celery, cut it into inch-long pieces, and blanch it in water and cool it down.

3.3. Add oil to the pan, add peppercorns, fermented black beans, chopped chili sauce, ginger and onions and stir-fry.

4.4. Pour the blanched celery into the pot and stir-fry.

5.5. Pour the fried Arctic shrimp into the pot, add a little sugar and soy sauce for seasoning (because the fermented black beans and chopped chili sauce contain salt, no salt is needed for this dish), stir-fry evenly and serve.
