Oven Recipe - Swiss Roll

Ingredients:

5 eggs, 100g white sugar, 125g low-gluten flour, 1.5g salt, 100ml butter, and a little oil.

1. Beat eggs and sugar together until foamy. Mix the flour and salt and slowly add it to the egg mixture, stirring from bottom to top with a wooden spoon.

2. Place a layer of baking paper on a square baking tray and brush with oil. Pour the mixed flour paste into the mold and smooth it (about 1cm high).

3. Preheat the oven to 230℃, bake for 4 minutes, then adjust the temperature to 150℃ and bake for another 7 minutes. Place baking paper on a plate and sprinkle a little sugar on top. Remove the cake from the oven and invert onto paper. Tear off the wax paper at the bottom of the cake, quickly spread the cream on it, and finally roll up the cake.

Tips:

1. When stirring, be careful not to stir in circles, as this will cause the bubbles to disappear and the baked cake will lose its soft texture.

2. If you don’t want to use butter, you can use jam instead.

Oven Recipes - Apple Pie

Ingredients: 150g flour for dough, 60g butter, 2 tsp oil, 25ml water, some salt. Ingredients for filling: 3 apples, 2g cinnamon powder, 60g sugar

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, hollow out the middle, add salt and butter cut into small pieces, use your fingertips to mix the oil and flour evenly, pour in clean water, and knead it into a smooth dough.

2. Roll out the dough on the chopping board. The size should be larger than the baking tray. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and use a knife to trim off any excess. 3. Trim the ends of the apples, remove the cores, peel the apples, and cut them into thin slices. Arrange them neatly in the puff pastry. Sprinkle in appropriate amount of cinnamon powder and sugar. If you like sweet, you can add more sugar.

4. Preheat the oven to 200℃, put the baking tray in, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Tips: After putting the puff pastry into the baking pan, although the excess part should be cut off, it should also be higher than the edge of the baking pan, and it is best to poke some small holes on it.

Garlic and Cumin Grilled Chicken Wings

Material:

6 chicken wings (remember to marinate in advance), 1 tablespoon garlic barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon cumin powder

2 scallions, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 seasoning spoon of salt

1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp sugar

1. Rinse the wings, wipe them with kitchen paper and poke small holes on the surface to make them more flavorful.

2. Chop the onion, garlic and ginger and put them in a bowl. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sesame oil and sugar and mix well.

3. Put the wings in the seasoning and marinate for more than 1 hour. It is best to refrigerate overnight. The longer the time, the more flavor the chicken wings will have.

4. Put tin foil on the baking tray, put a grill on the baking tray, put the marinated wings on the grill, and brush a layer of garlic barbecue sauce or chili sauce on both sides.

5. Sprinkle cumin powder on the surface of the chicken wings, set the oven to the chicken wings setting, and bake at 210 degrees for about 18 minutes

Chicken Popcorn

Materials

A large piece of chicken thigh (boneless and skinless), 1 egg, 5-6 spoons of breadcrumbs

2 cloves of garlic (pressed into minced garlic), 1/2 spoon of freshly ground black pepper, 1 spoon of cumin powder

2 spoons cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 spoon vegetable oil

1. Peel the skin and bones of the chicken thighs, wash and dry them, and cut them into small pieces

2. Add minced garlic, black pepper, cumin powder, cornstarch, salt and oil and mix well to coat the chicken with all the seasonings.

3. Beat the eggs and add them to the chicken, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

4. Take each small piece of marinated chicken and coat it with bread crumbs evenly

5. Place all the breaded chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with tin foil.

6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, bake in the middle layer for about 15-18 minutes, take out and eat while hot

Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Materials

A few fresh shrimps (depending on how much you eat), 3 tablespoons of Heinz ketchup

2 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger, half a lemon

1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 4 bamboo sticks

1. Remove the shrimp shells and shrimp intestines, leaving the tails;

2. Use bamboo sticks to string the shrimps together;

3. Put tomato sauce, chili sauce, olive oil and soy sauce in a small bowl, add minced garlic and ginger, squeeze lemon juice and mix well;

4. Divide the sauce into two halves; use half as a dipping sauce and brush the other half on the shrimp skewers. Put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Then put it in the preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. (Turn the skewers over after 10 minutes of baking).
