Vietnamese cold spring rolls recipe

13. Step 3: Layer the rice noodles, lettuce and basil on top of the meat slices.

14. Step 4: Roll up the rice paper twice in a row so that when you roll it up for the last time, the shrimp can be clearly seen on the surface.

15. Step 5: Fold the rolled spring roll in half.

16. Step 6: Finally, roll the spring roll forward.

17. Mix plum sauce with water to make a dipping sauce. Just dip it in water when eating. (The taste of plum sauce is sweet and sour)

18. Prepared cold spring rolls.

19. I can eat all these spring rolls by myself. Ha ha.
