1. Boil the eggs until they are 60% to 70% cooked, peel them and set aside (cook for 2 minutes after the water boils, turn off the heat and simmer for a while)

2. Slice the pork belly, pour a little oil into the pan, put the meat into the pan after it is hot, add ginger and star anise and stir-fry until they change color and oil starts to come out, add salt, sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry until the color is even (I forgot to take a picture of this step).

3. Add eggs and pour in enough water to cover the meat and bring to a boil over high heat. After boiling, switch to medium-low heat and simmer slowly.

4. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until the meat is soft and the eggs are seasoned, then turn to high heat to reduce the sauce.

No matter what you do, you need to work hard to improve your skills, and the same is true for cooking.
