How to make Chinese cabbage soup

1.1 Break the cabbage into pieces and wash them. Soak them in salt water for 20 minutes, then wash them again and drain them for later use.

2.2 Prepare the required raw materials.

3. Wash and chop the pork bones into pieces, boil them in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove and rinse with clean water; wash and tear the dried cuttlefish into small pieces; cut the carrot into thick slices; wash and pit the red dates; peel and pound the ginger.

4. Put pork bones, carrots, dried cuttlefish, red dates, and ginger into a soup pot, add 2000 ml of water, cover with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat.

5. Pour in the cabbage and bring to a boil again.

6. Cover the lid and simmer on low heat for 2.5-3 hours. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste when serving.
