How to make an omelette

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce how to make an egg omelette.

1. Separate egg white from egg white. The egg white should be kept out of the eggshell and must not be stirred and broken up with chopsticks.

2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of 80-degree boiling water to the egg yolk and beat.

3. Skim off the foam on the surface of the egg yolk liquid and set aside.

4. Find a small heart-shaped bowl to match the heart-shaped omelette maker.

5. Place the omelette maker flat on the bowl and stand up the small rod in the middle. Sprinkle a layer of sugar around the inside and outside edges of the omelette pan. When the white sugar is heated, it will saccharify and stick to the egg white so that it will not flow out of the omelette machine.

6. Place the bowl in a pot with cold water and heat to boil.

7. After the water boils, pour the egg white into the middle heart-shaped area first.

8. Place chopsticks on both sides of the iron pan, put the lid on it, and steam the egg white first; when you see the surface of the egg white begin to solidify and turn white through the gap, pour the egg yolk liquid evenly around the bowl and continue to steam it with the lid on.

9. When you see the egg yolk seems to be solid through the gap, turn off the heat and take out the bowl.

10. While hot, use a thin toothpick to cut the egg white and yolk around the heart-shaped omelette and take out the omelette.

11. Sprinkle saffron and black sesame seeds on the middle protein part for decoration, and fill the wide gaps with a few wolfberries, which can be eaten and can cover up defects.
