How to decorate cookies with meringue

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the recipe of meringue decorated cookies.

1. Bake the matcha biscuit base. Matcha changes color easily. So lower the baking temperature and extend the baking time. Even so, uneven coloring still occurred due to uneven baking temperature.

2. As for the cookie recipe, I don’t recommend it here for the time being. Although this is a very delicious recipe, I want to try this recipe because it requires decorating the surface with coarse sugar to enhance the taste. So I thought that using meringue to decorate would not be too sweet and the taste would be very harmonious. However, the texture of this cookie is too crispy. Although there is no problem in using it to make meringue decorations, it is very easy to damage it. I accidentally broke two pieces while making them = =

3. Make two types of meringue with different consistencies. The thin one is used for laying the base. The thicker ones are used for flower decorations (the basic production process of meringue frosting can be referred to: Hand-painted lace cookies and pixel pastoral style hand-painted icing cookies) Separate some of the frosting for flower decorations and mix them into green and pink and put them in wax paper tubes

7. Then fill it with base frosting. Use a toothpick to spread evenly

8. I originally wanted to make a more detailed decoration (as shown in the picture, draw small squares horizontally and vertically)

9. But then I wanted to bake matcha-colored cookies once in a while. It would be a shame if the base color itself is not highlighted. So I changed it to a rough grid.

10. Once the surface of the icing is relatively dry, you can start decorating. First use the green one to draw the vines.

11. Use pink to squeeze out 5 petals. I used small yellow sugar beads to decorate the middle to make a flower center. It's the kind of ice cream with lots of mini candy beads on top.
