1. Remove the black skin on the surface of the squid.

4.1 Cut the green pepper into long strips. Then cut diagonally into diamond-shaped pieces.

5.2 Boil hot water in a pot, add the squid, blanch it into rolls and set aside.

6. Cut the onion into sections, the ginger into slices, and cut the ginger into slices first and then into diamond shapes.

7. Add 2 tablespoons of sweet sauce to a bowl, then add 2 tablespoons of water, pepper and sesame seeds and mix well.

8. Heat the pan, add oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add chili and stir-fry.

9. Put the fish in, spray with cooking wine, add the sauce just mixed, cook over high heat for 10 seconds, pour in balsamic vinegar and serve.
