1. Remove old leaves from chives and wash them.

2. Wash and chop the chives into small pieces.

3. Prepare the pork filling (I had it mixed by the merchant)

4. Add June Fragrance premium soy sauce, minced ginger and appropriate amount of water to the meat filling and stir evenly in one direction.

5. Then add the chives.

6. Add salt and mix well.

7. After adding yeast powder to the flour, pour in a small amount of water and stir it into crumbs.

8. Then knead it into a smooth dough and place it in a warm place to ferment.

9. When the dough is full of honeycomb shape.

10. Knead the fermented dough to release air, cut it into small pieces, roll them into small pancakes, add meat filling to each small pancake and wrap them into buns.

11. After the wrapped buns have risen for 10 minutes, put them into a steamer covered with a cloth, put them in a steamer with cold water, and steam them for 20 minutes.

12. Look! The buns are steamed. Don’t open the lid immediately after the steamed buns are done. Turn off the heat and steam them for 1 minute before opening the lid to prevent the buns from shrinking.
