Cabbage kimchi recipe

Cabbage kimchi tastes very good. You can prepare cabbage and half a carrot, add some other ingredients, and prepare Korean hot sauce. This way, the pickled cabbage will have a stronger kimchi flavor. Cabbage kimchi recipe

Main ingredients: 600 grams of cabbage, half a carrot

Accessories: 6 grams of salt, 6 cloves of garlic, 30 grams of sugar, 1 small piece of ginger, 3 spoons of Korean chili sauce, 1 spoon of sesame paste, 1 section of green onion

1. Remove the outermost layer of cabbage, wash and control the moisture

2. Tear the cabbage into pieces by hand, it doesn't matter if it's a little bigger

3. Add salt. For easy viewing, use 1/2 spoon to 3 spoons and sprinkle evenly.

4. Marinate for about two hours, the cabbage will collapse, drain the water, no need to squeeze it hard with your hands

5. Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. If you don’t have pears, you can leave them out.

6. Chop carrots, garlic, ginger and green onions, and add some green onion leaves, which is the true nature of Shandong people.

7. Put all the ingredients into the mixing cup and add 2 tablespoons of sugar (about 30 grams)

8. Add three tablespoons of Korean chili sauce

9. Add a spoonful of sesame paste

10. Use a hand-held blender to blend into a fine paste

11. Put the prepared cabbage in a fresh-keeping bag, which is more convenient and saves you from washing several basins.

13. Rub the cabbage through the plastic bag to mix the sauce and cabbage evenly.

14. Tie the bag tightly and store it in the refrigerator. You can eat it after one night. In this season, you can also keep it at room temperature. Just open the bag and start eating. The rest must be refrigerated.
