In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make stir-fried shrimp, scallops and seasonal vegetables.

1. Dice the shrimps and put them together with the scallops. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, and 1/2 teaspoon corn starch and mix well.

2. Put it in a pan and stir-fry over medium heat until it is 70% to 80% cooked;

3. Do not wash the pot, add half a pot of water, bring to a boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and put the chopped broccoli into the pot;

4. Add corn cobs to remove the canned smell, blanch the broccoli until cooked, and drain;

5. Chop the pickled pepper;

6. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, add chopped pickled pepper and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, add broccoli and corn cobs, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, and mix well.

7. Pour in shrimp and scallop meat, 2 tablespoons of white wine, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, stir a few times;

8. Pour in the red pepper slices and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil as the finishing oil, stir-fry for a while and serve.
