Method 1. Mix all ingredients in A into a paste, except the reserved tapioca flour. 2. Pour into a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat until the noodles become a dough. 3. Sprinkle some of the reserved tapioca flour on the table and then pour the dough onto the table. This will prevent the dough from sticking to the table. 4. Just knead the dough for one minute. Sprinkle some tapioca flour on the table or hands to prevent sticking. 5. Divide the kneaded dough into small equal parts, roll them into balls, and then use a rolling pin to roll them into round pieces. Then you can start wrapping them with leek fillings. 6. Wash the dried shrimps with water to remove impurities and dust. 7. Add salad oil to a pan and use medium heat to sauté the garlic and dried shrimps. It is best to sauté them until they turn golden and you can smell the fragrant aroma. 8. Wash the leeks, cut them into small pieces, add the sautéed dried shrimps and a little salt to season, and it becomes the filling. 9. Place the wrapped chive cake on a plate coated with oil and then steam it. After 10 to 15 minutes, the crystal clear and delicious chive cake will be ready to be served.
