After pouring in the auxiliary ingredients, stir-fry for a few times, then you can pour in the cola. Be careful not to pour too much cola, just enough to cover the chicken wings. 5. Leave a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the ginger and scallion segments, add the chicken wings, add salt, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and cola, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the flavors are absorbed, then turn to high heat to reduce the sauce, and when the sauce is thick, add sesame oil and serve.
