1. Put milk, eggs, salt, sugar, high-gluten flour and baking powder in order, and put them on top into the bread machine bucket and start the kneading function!

2. After kneading for a quarter of an hour, add cooking oil and continue kneading until a film forms!

3. Knead it for about 45 minutes until it becomes a hand mask, then put it in the bread machine for fermentation!

4. The dough is fermented!

5. Take out and knead evenly to release the air. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for fifteen minutes!

6. Chop the preserved fruits and prepare them!

7. Put the preserved fruits on the relaxed dough!

8. Knead the dough evenly!

9. Shape it into a round shape and put it into a hollow mold, then place it in a warm place for secondary fermentation!

10. Let the dough ferment until it is 2-3 times larger, brush the surface with egg liquid, put it in the preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes, and cover it with tin foil when the surface is colored!

11. After taking it out of the oven, turn it upside down to cool and remove it from the mold!
