Several chicken legs, appropriate amounts of five-spice powder, salt, and fried chicken powder.

1. Wash the chicken legs and poke several small holes with a toothpick or a fork. Add five-spice powder and salt to massage the chicken legs and marinate overnight.

2. Pour the fried chicken powder into the plate and evenly coat the chicken legs with the fried chicken ingredients.

3. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is 60% hot, fry the chicken legs for about 10 minutes. Remove from the pan when the chicken legs are cooked.

Raw materials:

4 chicken legs

Fried chicken powder (45g package) 1 pack

seasoning:

2 tsp soy sauce

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1. First, cut the thick part of the leg meat twice to make the seasoning taste good and make it easier to fry thoroughly;

2. Marinate with soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine and pepper and let stand for 30 minutes or more;

3. Pour in a small amount of about 4 tablespoons of fried chicken powder and coat the chicken legs with it. Don’t put too much powder at the beginning, just enough to coat the chicken legs. If it’s not enough, add more. The remaining powder in the bag can be saved for next use. If you pour it all out at once, the remaining powder cannot be kept.

4. After coating with flour, fry directly over medium-slow heat until light yellow. Remove from heat and then turn to medium-high heat, put the chicken legs back in and fry until dark golden brown.

Tips

1. It is best to cut a few holes on the back of the chicken leg with a knife to make it easier to fry and absorb the flavor;

2. When you start frying, don’t use too strong a fire, otherwise the surface will be cooked but the inside will not be fully cooked.
